Our professional team of technical writers, technical authors and illustrators have the knowledge, experience and ability required to support our customers' products, services and procedures in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

We specialise in providing:

• Technical manuals, user guides and procedural documentation
• Bids and proposals
• Training manuals and material
• Consultancy

The i-Team is unusual, in that its resource is a network of home-office based freelance Associates, who operate either as sole traders or as limited companies. Generally, these are well-established relationships, sometimes over several decades.

Requirements change and, even in these challenging times, continue to grow. As a result, we are looking to add Associates to our team, in particular experienced freelance Technical Authors in a variety of disciplines.

However, we also have a potential interest in people with a technical background who can demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively in the written word.
